According to the guidelines from the Swedish National Food Agency, an adult should consume 0.83 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight per day. So if you weigh 64 kg, you would need 53 g of protein per day. If you consume 2500 kilocalories (kcal) per day and follow the recommendation to get 10-20 percent of your calories from protein, you would intake 63-125 g of protein per day.
