We do not recommend replacing all your daily meals but rather advocate for a balanced diet. If you still wish to replace all meals, the following applies: For up to 20 days, replace 5 meals a day (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and dinner) by mixing SLIM with milk to ensure your calorie/energy intake is not too low. If you choose to follow a VLCD (very low-calorie diet) for more than 20 days, this should be done in consultation with healthcare professionals.
